In developing countries like India hospitals are equipped with the most advanced machinery throughout the world. Treatments are available at very cheap rates so many people from many Asian countries attracts towards India. For super specialized treatment tourists attract to the developing countries like Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. The main reason behind the rise of medical tourism is an increase in availability of infrastructure, cheaper rates of airfare, reasonable medicinal cost, etc.

Ecotourism consists of island tourism; Islands take pleasure in a huge degree of isolation. Island has different ecology in comparison to that of mainland. Proper steps should be taken during the planning of infrastructure services; ecology and development, are essential for the development of the island. Ecotourism consists of heritage tourism; It includes visiting railways, battleground, visiting to historical or cultural sites that may cover old buildings, etc. The main concept of this tourism is to make a realization of the past to the people.

Ecotourism consists of disaster tourism. It includes traveling to such places where disaster has taken place just as a matter of curiosity. However, such behavior of tourist is not correct to visit to a disaster place it may cause hindrance in rescue, in recovery operations and relief work.
