Policy makers and planners have to update their specialized knowledge regularly as new developments take place frequently. They are sent to refresher courses and seminars from time to time. To prepare successors for future, senior managers must involve junior colleagues in interviews, discussions, etc.


2. Education for Lower and Middle Levels


New recruits must undergo induction programs and on-job training. The employees at these levels must be well informed about the aims and goals of the company. Sources of information are bulletins, brochures, seminars, conferences, slide shows, etc.


3. Educations for Public


It consists of clients, creditors, debtors, banks and other institutions, tax personnel and society at large. The means used by the organization to educate the general public are advertisements, sponsored programs on television, sponsored sports, newspapers, interviews by executives, etc. An organization can ensure a good rapport with the public by effective advertising and social and educational programs.
